Jeno's is wonderful! I made a mistake in scheduling, but they fit me in anyways right before the holiday. They are very kind people.

We take all our vehicles to Jenos! I was anxious about going to a mechanic that was not my father after moving from Littleton from Houston, but Jeno’s made it easy to relax and trust everyone in the shop! Kris is awesome and Ashley never lets me down!

As always Jeno’s went above and beyond to provide quality service. They fit the service on my 2007 Saturn to meet my timetable, not theirs. Steve, the owner provided me with much needed information for future services. I have been a customer of Jeno’s for over ten years and would not trust my car to any other auto service.

Top notch service and no pressure. My mother in law found Jeno’s and she was happy with them so I thought I’d try them. I worked with Kris and he’s like talking to a friend. My car died and I had to have it towed in on a Friday, mid-day. They couldn’t get to it until Monday but they had a loaner car for me and that made things easier. I had I had 4 issues and it was time for an oil change so that too. They let me know what needed to get done and what could wait if I needed. Kris sent me text along the way so I knew what was going on. What had to get done and what my options were. Great communication. Other places I’ve been to I feel would’ve made everything a must get done issue and put me at $3500 in repairs on a car worth maybe $1000. Of course your car issues are different but it’s the level of communication and no pressure that I feel is what makes Jeno’s worth my time to write this review. Jeno’s receptionist is awesome too I’m so sorry I forget your name!

Steve is such a kind mechanic, he was very helpful answering all my questions and seemed genuinely cheerful. Scheduling was super easy and the pre-purchase inspection was very thorough.

Very thorough and a great price. I really appreciated having a complimentary loaner vehicle for the day. Thank you!!

Great experience and friendly service. I will definitely be back it we need any repairs. Having a loaner vehicle was great as I was able to go to work while waiting on repairs.
