I appreciate how honest they are. If there's nothing wrong, they tell you that. They won't create an issue just to make money! That is rare!!

Jeno's was great. They checked out my engine light and found that a repair was needed but I could wait until after Thanksgiving. They gave me a loner which made the whole thing convenient.. Great service!

We started using Jeno's several years ago after becoming frustrated with service at the dealership and another independent shop. Jeno's has been great. Jeno's service advisers, Ashley and Chris, are top notch and a pleasure to deal with. I am an engineer that actually reads and follows the OEM maintenance schedule. Jeno's work is done well and and in a timely manner. They do not try to "upsell" with services that are not required. They have my Vote!
