Came highly recommended now I know why. Performed exactly the service I requested except one I requested he did not need. He could have easily done it and charged me. Very honest dependable and I feel like I'm in good hands for whatever needs might come up. You have the customer for good now.

Jeno’s was a nice surprise. I found them on Yelp.com, and decided to get my alignment done there. They have standard pricing (around $80 for alignments). They give you a detailed read out on how the tire alignment changed. They’re personable, and seem to have knowledgeable mechanics. They gave me a free loaner car for the day, too. I would go back for other car needs.

*UPDATE* After reading my review the owner, Steve, reviewed their security video which has audio and was able to confirm what happened. He called me personally to apologize and let me know he had spoken with the employee who helped me. While not sure what to do about the patron who instigated the whole thing he assured me that his employees would be better trained to handle situations like this in the future. All I can say is, "Way to go!" Thank you, Steve, for the phone call and the prompt corrective actions. I will be back and will continue to be a client. VERY IMPRESSED! Offered a loaner car for while mine was at their shop! Really wonderful service. Very communicative while waiting for the warranty company to approve the repairs. Only thing that would've been nice is an estimate of my portion. I was expecting my deductible of $100 and was hit with just over $275. That and the mask conversation that took place between the person helping me and another patron while I was picking up my Jeep is why I am only giving 3 stars. First the man helping me wasn't wearing a mask he was wearing a single layer fabric gaiter which has been proven to be least effective of any face covering except a bandana. Then the conversation that took place went like this: Man walks in and grumbles and loudly says, "Masks! When is this gay governor gonna die?" The man helping me replied, "I just want the mask mandate to go away." To which the other patron says, "I think we should all just stop participating!" To which the man helping me said, "I'm down." Whether you believe in science or not this is an unacceptable conversation to engage in as a representative of a business. I sat there dumbstruck! My parents just tested positive due to people at my dad's work not wearing masks. They are elderly. How anyone can deny the seriousness of Covid blows my mind! If they haven't been directly affected then its no big deal. Maybe thinking of the over 210,000 deaths in the US alone, the lasting damage done to the brain, lungs and other body systems that they are just discovering could be permanent and all the people; sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, parents, extended family that are also affected would help with gaining some compassion and empathy, some care for your fellow human. Sorry this turned into a Covid related review. The work done was fantastic, I just wish effective masks were worn by company representatives and that he wouldn't have downplayed the seriousness of what's happening by agreeing with someone who obviously doesn't believe the science and says things like "When is this gay governor gonna die?!" Yes I was wearing my triple layer mask properly and used hand sanitizer after touching anything.

Had the car towed in to get fixed. Jeno's did a great job investigating the problems and recommending repairs. They even noticed a few other items that needed fixing and others items approaching end of service life to consider. Determined a total set of repairs and completed the work. Excellent and professional in all aspects as always!!
