Jeno’s FAQ’s
1) Can I get a free loaner car when I drop my car off for service?
When you schedule your appointment, please be sure to request a loaner vehicle. If you have an unexpected breakdown, we may have an extra loaner available, so give us a call to check.
2) When should I get my oil changed?
Typically, 5 months or 5,000 miles, whichever comes first, some manufacturers may have different recommendations.
3) What does it mean when my check engine light is on?
It means one or more of your vehicle’s computers have detected a problem with one of the many systems they monitor. We’ll diagnose the issue and recommend the best options for repairing your vehicle.
4) How often should I have my brake fluid flushed?
Generally, every 2 to 3 years or 15,000 to 30,000 miles, whichever comes first, depending on the manufacturer’s recommendations.
5) How do I know when I need new brake pads or other brake repairs?
Squealing, grinding, or shaking when you brake can indicate that your brakes need attention. Brake pads typically last between 30,000 and 70,000 miles, but there’s no set replacement mileage for pads or rotors. Their lifespan depends on your driving habits, including mountain driving and towing. We offer a courtesy brake inspection.
