I recently took my '87 Jeep Cherokee to Jeno's after breaking down on the side of the road to what I initially thought was a simple overheating issue. I had to leave the car overnight as they were closed at the time and received a call first thing in the morning to obtain more details about the situation. My car was then thoroughly diagnosed, narrowing down the issue and only pulling the trigger on a fix after making 100% sure they knew what the problem was. They walked me through everything they found, made sure that their estimates were okay before pulling the trigger on anything, and were extremely patient with all of my questions. Not only was the service excellent and the prices fair, my car is driving better than it did the day I bought it. As someone who has worked with garages that have misdiagnosed issues and caused repeat repairs, I would recommend Jeno's to anyone.

This place was extremely professional from the first phone call I made inquiring about service on my Subaru Outback. Dealt with Steve, John and Ashley. All three at the front desk were the best car people I have ever run across in all the years I have taken my car into shops for repairs. Definitely will be heading back the Jeno’s for any future car service. Really liked how they called with an estimate before any work was done. Impressed that I got a follow up text message the day after car was returned to me just checking to make sure I was pleased with the work completed.

Although the news wasn’t good on the health and longevity of my car, Jeno’s staff and mechanics were awesome! They took the time to explain the situation and help me figure out next steps. Their loaner car was great and the cost was extremely reasonable.
