I had a belt squeal due to a misaligned power steering pulley. That had caused damage to the pump so they found the proper pulley which was not on the unit and replaced the pump with a remanufactured pump. That pump failed but they quickly got another and replaced it for me. I have no problem with their service at all The only issue was the pump. I will use them in the future for sure. I have already recommended them to family members.

Looked at my vehicle and diagnosed issues very quick and didn’t charge me for the diagnosis!

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and maintenance check. I was pleased that the only thing needed was the oil change. Jeno’s is an honest automotive shop, they certainly have won my business.

Excellent and professional service.

Jeno's is a quality repair facility and their work is excellent, BUT... My only complaint is with expectations. I made an appointment for an oil change, dropping off the car at 7:30am when they opened ( I was the first appointment to arrive of only 2 on the books that day). My expectation is that it should be knocked out in short order and I can get it back asap; the reality is my car was not ready until 3pm, obviously, their expectation, and mine are not the same. Again, please note that they did not promise my car would be ready at any specific time (which is difficult to do anytime) so this is probably more my fault than theirs. And let me be clear, Jeno's provided me with a loaner, something VERY few places provide, so what's the big deal? Well, I drive a Suburban because I have two German Shepards and I am certainly not going to put them into a vehicle that does not belong to me, so my activities were greatly curtailed for the day. To my way way of thinking, why not get what is arguably a fairly quick service out of the way and you have one less car sitting around the lot all day and your loaner back in case you need it, my thought process which is, of course, biased and I certainly have no idea of what their workload and all the other things that pop up in their daily operations (but note, I used to be a service advisor at a new car dealership in the late 80's so I do have some insight as to daily goings on). AGAIN, I have NO complaint with any of the work Jeno's has done on either of my 2 cars that I take there for work, they are an excellent repair facility and you will not be disappointed if you take your car there for work. I will, however, think about my options when doing an oil change in the future on the Suburban.

Trust is the issue and Jeno's has always been the representative of this ideal. They promptly resolved an annoying noise by replacing a fan but also suggested maintenance items that weren't urgent but with time could cause emergent failures. Since this was for my daughter's car, reliability is the one aspect that I want out of the vehicle. I trust their advice and their service. I've been going to Jeno's for over a decade and bring my cars here even though I've since moved over 45 minutes away and there are other shops much closer to me now. But I trust Jeno's and you cannot understate the the feeling you have when you have someone whose advice and service is solid and is aligned with our interest.
