I went to Jeno's because of their high rating on Google and proximity to my home. The dealership wanted to charge me hundreds just to diagnose my A/C that wasn't working. Jeno's was able to get me in quickly and was able to find that it was a recall covered issue in short order. They charged me nothing for their diagnostic work. They also let me know about another issue that I will need to get addressed in the near future, for which I am greatly appreciative.

Jeno's Service was amazing. Kris explained everything in detail about the items that were scheduled to be repaired. I am very satisfied with the work. Kris also went above and beyond in making sure I had my vehicle back in time to attend my granddaughter's school ceremony.

I used the same technician for a decade in TN before moving to CO a few months ago. The staff at Jeno's is incredibly professional and prompt in getting your vehicle serviced and back to you. I'll be coming here for everything automotive related from now on.

My alternator stopped working correctly and I needed my car for the next day and Jeno's was able to fix it that day even though I didn't have an appointment! They are also the most honest repair shop I have ever been to. About a year ago I had a major repair that they did. Then about 10 days later my car wasn't working right. I know nothing about cars so they could easily have told me it was something else, but they didn't, they said the part they used is what failed and they took care of repairing it, replacing it at no cost and no stress to me to me.
