I've been a customer of Jeno's for about 5 years now maybe even longer since Mitsubishi no longer has any dealerships or service shops within a 30 mile radius. My experiences with Jeno's team have been great. I am very pleased that they are educated with the latest technologies when it comes to new/old cars and all their electrical components. My recent experience, I had a lot of needed service to my car. One of the issues was a part that would have costed me a lot of money due to shipping overseas, so Jeno's technician "Chis" was able to locate a "used in good condition" replacement that helped save me about half the cost. Also, an issue came up with my brakes that they had replaced - wasn't set right, I took it back in and within 20 minutes they solved the problem and everything has been working great since. I really appreciate the Owner stepping up and taking good care of me!

I recently had a hair raising experience with my 20+year old Quest when the cruise control cable broke causing the engine to race uncontrollably. Jeno's quickly figured out the problem, and rendered the car driveable while they searched salvage yards for a discontinued and otherwise unavailable part. Two weeks later, they found one, and the car is in full cruise control again. Very pleased.

Very pleased with exhaust leak repair. It was more time consuming than the shop had anticipated, but they honored their quoted price. Truck is running great!

I can’t say enough good things about Jeno’s. I had to have my car towed to Jeno’s to have it worked on, and even though I didn’t have an appointment they fit me in. Another time I met Steve at the front door at 7:30 am again without an appointment, in desperate need to determine what was dragging on the car. I had to have a loaner on top of everything else. Steve was able to shuffle all sorts of things around and get me back on the road. I trust Jeno’s because there have been times when I thought something should be replaced and they said it wasn’t necessary and made some minor adjustment.
