I've been a customer of Jeno's for about 5 years now maybe even longer since Mitsubishi no longer has any dealerships or service shops within a 30 mile radius. My experiences with Jeno's team have been great. I am very pleased that they are educated with the latest technologies when it comes to new/old cars and all their electrical components. My recent experience, I had a lot of needed service to my car. One of the issues was a part that would have costed me a lot of money due to shipping overseas, so Jeno's technician "Chis" was able to locate a "used in good condition" replacement that helped save me about half the cost. Also, an issue came up with my brakes that they had replaced - wasn't set right, I took it back in and within 20 minutes they solved the problem and everything has been working great since. I really appreciate the Owner stepping up and taking good care of me!
