I went to Jeno's because of their high rating on Google and proximity to my home. The dealership wanted to charge me hundreds just to diagnose my A/C that wasn't working. Jeno's was able to get me in quickly and was able to find that it was a recall covered issue in short order. They charged me nothing for their diagnostic work. They also let me know about another issue that I will need to get addressed in the near future, for which I am greatly appreciative.
