Had an excellent experience at Jeno's. We dropped off our company truck at the appointed time and had it back the next day - we were expecting it to be out of service for MUCH longer than that! Fantastic customer service and quality repair at the quoted price - can't ask for more!

I came in for an oil change as I was leaving on a trip to Phoenix the next day. Jeno's had told me at my last oil change that the U-joints were starting to go bad. This time they said the U-joints were definitely bad and the car should not go to Phoenix. Although not scheduled, they got the job done for me that day and I drove to Phoenix with more peace of mind. I appreciate them finding a way to do a large job the same day. I know they already had a full schedule.

What can I say? Asked you to change the oil. You changed the oil. Asked you to look at the power steering and you did. Asked for an evaluation of the safety of the steering, you gave us an evaluation. Everything's fine! We appreciate your telling us that we don't absolutely have to spend a lot of money on the power steering TODAY. We'll get to it as soon as we can afford it. You guys do good honest work and you aren't just a bunch of parts changers. That's why we recommend you to our friends and family. Nuff said?
