What can I say? Asked you to change the oil. You changed the oil. Asked you to look at the power steering and you did. Asked for an evaluation of the safety of the steering, you gave us an evaluation. Everything's fine! We appreciate your telling us that we don't absolutely have to spend a lot of money on the power steering TODAY. We'll get to it as soon as we can afford it. You guys do good honest work and you aren't just a bunch of parts changers. That's why we recommend you to our friends and family. Nuff said?
