I was so pleased. I do not have one complaint regarding my recent service call. The service was excellent.

Thank you for taking good care of my van and also allowing me to use one of your loaner cars. I was surprised to find out that I had an extra service done to the van when staff came in Monday morning to find my car was causing the gas smell. I'm sorry about that. I'm still pondering how that could have happen when the car was in your care for three days and there was not sign of any gas leak problems prior to taking the car in. I mentioned to John that using either video or photos taken prior before a repair is done to show the customer what the actually problem looks like. It would help with the confusion and disbelief of the repair need to be done. It is another way to educate your customers about their car and their repairs. Thank you again!

My cars dash lights lite up like a Christmas Tree, Jeno's replaced the alternator all is good, they said that it was not safe to drive with a bad alternator, did not know that they had a free rental car that helped out a lot. I will be back for further repair work as needed, Thanks for your help, Irv Erickson
