Very nice people. Completely took care of me and my car. I've been to other auto shops that take advantage and charge for a list of things that don't even exist - but Jenos didn't do that to me. They were honest and very professional. My dad was a mechanic so I know when people are trying to be sneaky. That wasn't the case at all with the guys at Jenos. I couldn't believe how kind they were. I lost my mechanic two years ago, but I think I finally found the right ones or my cars.

Darren is great at working with you and being transparent about what needs to get done and will always work to get you a competitive and reasonable price. They’ve saved me thousands of dollars over the years without ever compromising on quality.

Jeno’s staff has treated us well, especially Darrin. He’s been upfront about potential problems and costs. The last time I was in he told me what the mechanic said was wrong and mentioned a possible problem to be aware of and the cost of said repair. Luckily, the worst case scenario was not true, and to top the good news, the overall repair was $200 less than the original estimate.

Called Jeno’s on Thursday and dropped my car off by lunch time. Told me they would get back to me the next day and let me know what’s going on. Got a call the next day in the am and had to replace the radiator and new hoses. Thankfully everything was in stock and they got my car done by 4pm that same day. Amazing service and love that it’s close to home. Definitely will come back. Thank you.

We have lived in the area for 30 years. Now retired we need to watch our spending, we went to Jenos to have our Ford Explore air fixed and we were very pleased with the work done and most of all the price. I wish we would have been introduced to Jenos sooner. They set us a date to take our Lincoln in and everything was timely they had our Lincoln done that same day and $ 300.00 less than Landmark Lincoln. We are happy with Jenos and will let others know how pleased we are.
