They are always very courteous and professional, and I have been happy with the work. The availability of loaner cars is very helpful for my difficult schedule.
Car had multiple issues. All were solved sooner than expected. Very nice and honest people there.
My 2013 Kia Sorento had an electrical problem that turned out to be a blown alternator. Jeno's got my vehicle in on a Wednesday and had an estimate done the very next day. The vehicle was done a day later and I was able to pick it up. John helped me through the process and was very informative about what was wrong with my vehicle and options for fixing it. Days after, I was contacted by Steve who inquired about how the vehicle was running and if there was anything else they could do to assist us. This was my first time using Jeno's and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an auto shop that is fair and competent.

We are long-time customers of Jeno's Auto and they always do a great job. They are a busy shop but are honest and fair. We take 4 of our cars to be serviced there.
I am a single, white female that has never been able to walk out of an auto shop without being sold something else for my car. Took my car in to Jeno’s for an alignment and walked out paying only for an alignment. At NO point did they try to upsell me on additional services! The staff was friendly, professional and timely. A close friend had recommended this auto shop to me months before and I am so glad I trusted their suggestion. Littleton Auto Repair now has a new customer for any of my future auto needs.
